My envision of Monrovia is a city that has a superb and well-funded K-12 school system. Most homeowners know that reputation of schools play a major factor on home prices. We need to invest into our local schools so we can reap the long term benefits from the seeds of education. We could start by investing into science programs, music programs, athletic programs, and etc. Anything helps! I will be the first Monrovian to pay extra from my taxes to invest into our schools.
